Instructions:

- Before ordering, please make sure you have read all details/ description of items carefully. If in doubt, do leave us a comment stating your question or simply email your enquires to shoppingdrill@live.com

- Do check both your inbox and junkbox for our replies & updates because hotmail gets a bit cranky at times! But, we would reply within 48 hours.

As per your order, we would then notify you via email, a confirmation together with reference no. as well as the bank account number to make your payments to. We apologize that once confirmation is made via our email to you, we do not accept cancellations of order.

After your payment is made, kindly inform us the details of your payment such as the Amount transferred, Your Account Number, Date, Time & Reference No.

We would then proceed with the delivery of your orders as soon as possible for sprees. Lo and behold, we are sure you will be please with what you have ordered from us (:

- We are sorry but all sales are final therefore we do; N0 exchanges, No refunds, N0 trades and N0 negotiation.

- Dead buyers will be blacklisted as we are serious in our business just like you are serious in your purchase.

Closing Date:

- For sprees, kindly take note of the closing date. All orders & payment must be made before 00:00 of the closing date, otherwise orders may be pushed to the next spree or canceled.
- In the event of a cancellation of spree due to low response, we would refund you back the full amount.

Payment & Collection:

- Currency is in Singapore Dollars (SGD), we reserve the right to make amendments to prices.
- Items sold are not exchangeable nor refundable unless otherwise mentioned by us or mistake on our part. Should you face such a situation, kindly notify us via email within three days of purchase, if not all other matters may not be entertained. We care about your satisfaction!
- Payment is strictly by Bank Transfers only, we apologize that we do NOT accept concealed cash! We accept POSB/ DBS and UOB Bank Transfer.
- Payment must be made in full, we do not accept installments or partial deposits.
- Payment has to be made within two days (48 hours) of confirmation, before delivery can be processed as soon as possible. We believe in efficiency (:

- Mode of Collection is strictly through normal postage which we are not accountable for any misplacement or mishandled goods. It is therefore recommended that you opt for Registered Postage which could be tracked via SingPost.

Upon Arrival of your ordered items:

- We apologize if there is a delay in the orders from sprees.
- There will be no "waiting time" or delays for instocks.
- It is your responsibility to check your items.
- Items shown in the picture may differ slightly due to the lighting, please be understanding.
- We take pride in having your items well and nicely packed, should there be any disputes, you may wish to drop an email and we would do our utmost best to be of help. We welcome feedback.
